WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
How do I return my order?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the purchase date to return it. You will be required to mail the product back to us at your cost. All merchandise must be unused and in the same condition, it was received. We need to receive the gear back in our shop no later than day 8.

Please make SURE the following is in the return package to ensure faster service:
1. Items you are returning
2. Copy of the original order
3. Description of why it is being returned and what you would like done. Example: Refund on product, switch to different colors, etc...
Credits on Returns:
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and funds added back to your account. Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 2-5 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. THE AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED WILL ONLY BE THE PRODUCT PURCHASED. No shipping fees will be refunded.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES: Custom-made fly rods have a 1-year warranty.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, Electron, Maestro, ChinaUnionPay, JCB, and Diners Cards. We also accept Apple Pay and Paypal. We utilize square for event payments. We do accept cash at events but do not accept checks.
